I’ve always been drawn to movement—whether it’s sports, outdoor adventures, learning something new, or simply an evening walk, I feel my best when I’m active. Over the years, I’ve realized that staying healthy isn’t about discipline—it’s about finding what you love and making it a natural part of your life.

For me, fitness isn’t about rigid routines or forcing yourself through workouts you hate. It’s about discovering movement that feels good, keeps you engaged, and makes you want to show up every day—not because you have to, but because you enjoy it. That could mean lifting weights, hiking, biking, yoga, playing a sport, or just feeling strong and capable in everyday life.

As a strength coach and health practitioner, I help people find that balance. I believe in simple, practical approaches to health—no extreme restrictions, no all-or-nothing mentality. Just real, sustainable habits that fit who you are and how you want to live.
