To better understand the fitness landscape, once a week we take a fitness field trip to a local studio to experience a group workout firsthand. While classic strength training is the foundation of the program, variety keeps you engaged—both physically and mentally. These field trips will help you prevent burnout, and compliment your strength work with a more well-rounded, sustainable approach.

True progress isn’t just physical; it’s mental, emotional, and behavioral.
